目的探讨保证临床用药的同时,如何控制药品库存,以降低医院运营成本,提高效益。方法加强科室标准化管理;提高药学人员素质;运用先进的微机管理;某些药品采用医院药库管理新模式-零库存管理;全员参与药品质量管理。结果药品库存得到有效的控制及效期得到很好的管理。结论通过加速周转、对某些药品采用零库存管理、提高人员素质及采用成熟的软件系统,既能降低库存,又保证了药品质量。
Objective To explore how to control the inventory of medicines while ensuring the clinical use of drugs so as to reduce hospital operating costs and increase benefits. Methods to strengthen the standardization of department management; improve the quality of pharmacy staff; the use of advanced computer management; some drugs using a new model of hospital pharmacy management - zero inventory management; full participation in drug quality management. As a result, effective control and validity of drug stocks have been well managed. Conclusion By accelerating turnaround, adopting zero inventory management for certain drugs, improving staff quality and adopting mature software systems can both reduce inventory and ensure drug quality.
