醋栗番茄(Solanum pimpinellifolium)与栽培种番茄(Solanum lycopersicum)亲缘关系很近,可与其直接杂交,达到快速转育优良性状的目的。就醋栗番茄的分布、特性、遗传多样性、进化、抗生物和非生物胁迫、优良园艺性状、分子遗传图谱、基因挖掘、全基因组测序等研究和利用现状进行了概述;对其利用过程中的问题进行了分析;对进一步挖掘其潜在的优良基因进行了探讨,旨在为进一步挖掘和利用醋栗番茄优良性状提供信息和理论基础。
Solanum pimpinellifolium is closely related to cultivated tomato (Solanum lycopersicum), and can be directly hybridized with it to achieve the purpose of rapidly transplanting excellent traits. The current status of research and utilization on the distribution, characteristics, genetic diversity, evolution, anti-biotic and abiotic stress, excellent horticultural traits, molecular genetic map, gene mining and genome-wide sequencing of gooseberry tomato were summarized. This paper also explores the potential of excellent genes and aims to provide further information and theoretical basis for the further exploration and utilization of the excellent traits of gooseberry.
