本文研究当正向电流结束与反向电压脉冲起始间有延迟时面式二极管的过渡特性。得到了决定电流不变阶段宽度的精确公式,也得到了决定开关电荷的近似公式,开关电荷与延迟时间成指数关系。
This paper investigates the transition characteristics of a planar diode when there is a delay between the end of the forward current and the onset of the reverse voltage pulse. The precise formula for determining the width of the current invariant phase is obtained. The approximate formula for determining the switching charge is also obtained. The switching charge is exponential with the delay time.
