1964年,麦德龙以其独特的C＆C(Cash&Carry,即现付自运制)方式在德国创立,并且短时间内在德国及欧洲其他19个国家迅速成长并活跃于全世界。1995年,麦德龙带着它的成功经验来到了经济高速发展的中国,并与中国著名的锦江集团合作,建立了上海锦江麦德龙购物中心有限公司,从而开创了麦德龙公司与中国合作的新阶段。
In 1964, METRO was founded in Germany in its unique C & C (Cash & Carry) system and quickly grew and became active worldwide in Germany and 19 other European countries. In 1995, with its successful experience, Metro came to China for its rapid economic development and established Shanghai Jin Jiang Metro Mall Co., Ltd. in cooperation with the famous Jinjiang Group in China, thus opening up a new phase of Metro’s cooperation with China.
