以现代护理观为指导培养符合社会需求的高素质的实用性护理人才,应注重学生的学习能力、护理技能和综合能力等多种能力的培养和提高。本文针对护理专业的特点介绍了高职院校护理人才能力培养的部分经验。
Guided by the concept of modern nursing, we can cultivate qualified nurses with high quality and meet the needs of the society. We should pay attention to the cultivation and improvement of students’ abilities of learning, nursing and comprehensive abilities. This article introduces some experiences of nurses in vocational colleges in terms of the nursing specialty.
