经济发展与就业增长之间的互动是客观的,变化的,它也是由多种因素共同影响。随着社会和资本主义的不断发展,在传统的思想观念下促进充分就业的政策饱受社会争议。低失业率的年往往有高通胀,而高失业率多年往往有低通货膨胀率。在菲利普斯的分析框架下,经济增长的速度正随着通货膨胀的速度相关,而与失业率呈负相关,并与就业呈正相关的关系。因此,我们在高中阶段一定要认真学习提高自己各个方面的水平从而能够在就业中脱颖而出,以自己的能力促进企业的发展以拉动经济增长。
The interaction between economic development and employment growth is objective and changing. It is also influenced by many factors. With the continuous development of society and capitalism, the policy of promoting full employment under the traditional notions of ideology is subject to social disputes. Low unemployment rates tend to have high inflation, while high unemployment rates tend to have low rates of inflation for many years. Under Phillips’s analytical framework, the rate of economic growth is now correlated with the rate of inflation, negatively related to the unemployment rate, and positively correlated with employment. Therefore, we must earnestly study and improve our own level in high school so that we can stand out in employment and promote the development of enterprises with our own ability so as to stimulate economic growth.
