本文阐述了用高密度太阳能为热源对机枪重要零件——枪机体弹底窝进行局部相变硬化处理批量生产的情况。试验表明,经过处理的部位,外观良好,表面氧化轻微,保持了原加工光洁度及精度。硬化深度及硬度值符合图纸要求,文中分析了硬化区的硬度及显微组织分布。所得结果有力地表明太阳能表面热处理新工艺用于工具和零件的局部硬化是可行的,经济的和可靠的。
This article describes the use of high-density solar energy as a heat source on the machine gun an important part of the gun body shell at the end of the pit for phase change hardening process batch production situation. Tests showed that after treatment of the site, the appearance of a good surface oxidation minor, maintaining the original finish and precision. Hardening depth and hardness values meet the requirements of the drawing. The hardness and microstructure distribution of the hardened zone are analyzed. The results strongly suggest that a new solar heat treatment surface heat treatment process for the local hardening of tools and parts is feasible, economical and reliable.
