保安服务公司是公安部门的得力助手,担负为社会提供安全防范服务的重要任务。保安服务公司这支队伍必须具有较好的思想素质与业务素质。公安部规定,保安队员主要是从军队和武警部队复员、退伍军人当中招聘。各保安服务公司在执行文件规定的同时,又结合各地的实际情况,招聘了一部分城镇待业青年和来自农村的初、高中毕业生。在这个并不复杂的集体当中,人们的心理却是大相径庭的。笔者经过调查和总结,认为聘用制保安队员的心态主要有以下几种类型:
