研究在南方高温高湿气候环境下,不耐储晚粳谷“热皮”区域储粮粮温偏高且储粮品质下降很快的难题;利用现有仓房及控温设备条件实现准低温储粮,控制粮堆上层平均粮温低于25℃和全仓平均粮温低于18℃,实现全年准低温储粮目标;进一步提高储粮稳定性,减少储粮害虫发生;有效地控制储粮“热皮”层品质的劣变速度,延长整仓粮食储藏周期,为粮食轮换创造更好经济效益。通过空调控温储粮应用对比,试验仓储粮品质明显优于常规管理仓,该技术具有自动操作方便,投资成本小等优点,具有良好的应用推广前景。
In the southern environment of high temperature and high humidity, we can not tolerate the problem of high grain temperature in grain storage and rapid decline of grain storage in the late-stage japonica rice “hot-skin ” area.
