信息技术和数据交换技术的发展是俄罗斯需要优先解决的问题之一,但解决这个问题需要大量的服务器,也需要放置服务器的场地,因此最近数据处理中心获得了极快的发展。
The development of information technology and data exchange technologies is one of Russia’s priority issues to be solved. However, the solution to this problem requires a large number of servers as well as a server room. As a result, data processing centers have achieved rapid development recently.
