研究表明,图书馆相对稳定的20万余元码洋的资金,订刊品种2011年、2012年、2013年分别比上年减少了1.5%、6.1%、6.9%。纸质期刊价格逐年上涨,2011年、2012年、2013年分别比上年上涨的期刊品种为14.1%、23.1%、23.3%。连续3年涨价的期刊品种占1.3%～4.1%,1%的期刊品种连续4年上涨价格。期刊价格多数是几年上涨一次,少数是每年上涨一次价格。
The research shows that the fund of relatively more than 200,000 yuan of code in the library has been decreased by 1.5%, 6.1% and 6.9% respectively in 2011, 2012 and 2013 respectively. The prices of paper periodicals rose year by year, with 14.1%, 23.1% and 23.3% respectively in the periodicals in 2011, 2012 and 2013, up from the previous year. For 3 consecutive years, the price of journals accounted for 1.3% ~ 4.1%, 1% journals for 4 consecutive years of rising prices. Periodicals prices rose most times in a few years, a few rose once a year the price.
