本文在探讨“O”型返波管振荡器的频谱纯度的同时,对一批不同波段的返波管振荡器的频谱纯度的测量结果进行了分析,分析表明,提高真空度是减小返波管振荡器离子振荡和边带噪声的一种有效方法。文中提出的方法对测量各类连续波振荡器的频谱纯度都能适用。
