[目的]Sulfoxaflor是由陶氏益农公司开发的新型杀虫剂,为了研究其杀虫活性,探索了其合成方法并进行了生物活性测试。[结果]以四氢吡咯、正丁醛和4-乙氧基-1,1,1-三氟-3-丁烯-2-酮为起始原料制备了sulfoxaflor,经核磁、红外验证其结构。生测结果表明该化合物对刺吸式口器害虫蚜虫具有优异的杀虫活性。[结论]选取了较佳的合成路线,对工业化生产具有一定的指导意义。可用于害虫抗性的治理。
[Objective] Sulfoxaflor, a new insecticide developed by Dow AgroSciences, has been explored for its biocidal activity in order to study its insecticidal activity. [Result] The sulfoxaflor was prepared from tetrahydropyrrole, n-butyraldehyde and 4-ethoxy-1,1,1-trifluoro-3-buten-2-one. The structure was confirmed by NMR and IR . Bioassay results show that the compound has excellent insecticidal activity against sucking mouthpart aphids. [Conclusion] The better route of synthesis was selected, which has certain guiding significance to industrialized production. Can be used to control pest resistance.
