2007年5月24日,省水利厅党组书记、厅长纪冰一行应合肥工业大学徐纵巍校长邀请,带队到该校进行科技合作交流活动。厅党组成员、副厅长张效武,厅党绸成员、总工程师金问荣,合肥工业大学党委副书记、副校长庆承松,水利厅机关有关处室及厅直部分单位负责人参加了交流活动。本次交流是落实2004年双方签定的合作协议的一次重要活动。
