为阐明影响湿拌砂浆力学性能关键因素,研究了用水量、外加剂掺量、水泥用量及养护条件等对湿拌砂浆抗压强度和粘结拉伸强度的影响。结果表明:湿拌砂浆抗压强度和拉伸粘结强度对用水量并不十分敏感,存在最佳用水量范围240~260m3/kg;保水增稠组分外加剂是提高湿拌砂浆施工性能的关键因素,但会显著降低湿拌砂浆的抗压强度,其掺量需综合考虑湿拌砂浆的施工性能和力学性能来确定;提高水泥用量可显著提高湿拌砂浆的力学性能,但较高的水泥掺量下其需水量增大,实际强度提高并不明显;养护方式显著影响湿拌砂浆力学性能的发展,施工后需做好养护措施以保证砂浆的施工质量。
In order to clarify the key factors affecting the mechanical properties of wet-mixed mortar, the effects of water consumption, admixture dosage, cement dosage and curing conditions on the compressive strength and bond tensile strength of wet-mixed mortar were studied. The results show that the compressive strength and tensile bond strength of the wet-mixed mortar are not very sensitive to the water consumption, and the optimal water consumption range is 240-260m3 / kg. The additive of the water-retaining thickening component is to improve the construction performance of the wet-mixed mortar But it will significantly reduce the compressive strength of wet-mixed mortar. The dosage should be determined synthetically considering the construction performance and mechanical properties of wet-mixed mortar. Increasing the amount of cement can obviously improve the mechanical properties of wet-mixed mortar, but the higher Cement content increased its water demand, the actual strength increase is not obvious; curing methods significantly affect the mechanical properties of wet mortar development, maintenance measures need to be done after construction in order to ensure the quality of mortar construction.
