高强度锌铝合金是一种优良的工程材料,本文主要对此系列中ZZnA127Cu2(后简称ZA—27)的组织、性能进行了研究,并围绕该合金在汽车零件上的应用,对压铸生产工艺进行了试验研究。同时,鉴于压铸生产的特点,尤其是采用铁坩埚工频感应炉来配制及保温合金,着重对成分的偏析及铁对合金的污染进行了一系列的试验,从而获得简单、可靠的工艺规范,以利于ZA—27在汽车行业的压铸生产中大量推广应用。
High-strength zinc-aluminum alloy is an excellent engineering material.
