本文用高速放射自显影神经追踪方法研究了大鼠嗅球向脑干的直接投射。15例大鼠实验结果证明,嗅球投射到脑干上行传导路核团有14个,投射到脑干下行传导路核团有7个,投射到脑干网状结构核团有18个。主要有三叉神经脊髓束核,孤束核,上橄榄核,上丘灰质,迷走神经背核,舌下神经核,中脑中央灰质,巨细胞网状核,小细胞网状核,咀侧脑桥网状核及尾侧脑桥网状核。阳性标记以注射侧为多。
In this study, direct neuroimaging of the rat olfactory bulb to the brainstem was investigated using high-speed autoradiography neural tracking. The experimental results of 15 rats demonstrated that there are 14 nuclei of olfactory bulb projecting to the upper trunk of the brain stem, 7 nuclei of descending transmission nucleus projecting to the brainstem, and 18 nuclei projecting to the brainstem. There are mainly trigeminal spinal cord nucleus, solitary tract nucleus, superior olivary nucleus, superior collicular gray matter, vagus nerve dorsal nucleus, hypoglossal nucleus, mesencephalic central gray matter, giant cell reticular nucleus, small cell reticular nucleus, Nucleus and caudal pontine reticular nucleus. Positive labeling is more on the injection side.
