为了加强行政执法人员资格管理,规范行政执法证件的申领和使用,根据《中华人民共和国行政处罚法》和《内蒙古自治区行政执法监督条例》,自治区人民政府制定并印发了《内蒙古自治区行政执法证件管理办法》。
In order to strengthen the qualification management of administrative law enforcement personnel and standardize the application and use of the documents of administrative law enforcement, according to the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Administrative Punishment and the Regulations of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region on Administrative Law Enforcement Supervision, the autonomous regional people’s government has formulated and issued the Administrative Enforcement Document of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Management approach.
