新课标指出:“品德与社会要把教学内容与本地区实际有机联系起来,鼓励教师积极地开发地方和本校的各种课程资源。”而临海就蕴藏着丰富的课程资源,开发和利用地方文化资源,不仅必要,而且可行。主要从以下三方面进行了开发和利用好临海地方文化资源的尝试:加强了教师的主导作用,推进地方文化资源在小学品德与社会教育中运用的可能性;发挥学生的主体作用,提高临海地方文化资源在小学品德与社会教学中应用的时效性;营造地方文化资源在小学品德与社会教学中应用的良好环境,形成良性磁场。
