职业院校是培养应用型人才的主要载体,通过实验实训教学能有效提高职业院校的毕业生专业水平和综合职业能力,实验实训室设备的建设水平对职业院校的专业教学、实验实训教学效果产生重要影响,因此必须优化学校的实验实训室管理模式,积极促进职业院校的“教学做”一体化教学不断发展,培养学生的动手能力和实践操作水平。本文结合多年基层工作经验,针对职业院校实验实训管理模式中存在的不足,就其改革思路和内容展开研究。
Vocational colleges are the main carriers of training applied talents. Through experimental training, the professional level and comprehensive professional ability of graduates in vocational colleges can be effectively improved. The level of equipment in experimental training rooms can greatly improve the professional teaching and experimentation in vocational colleges. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the management model of experimental training rooms in schools and actively promote the integrated teaching of “teaching and learning” in vocational colleges and constantly develop the practical ability of students and practical operation. Combining with many years’ work experience at the grass-roots level, this article aims at the existing problems in the experimental training management mode in vocational colleges, and studies its reform ideas and contents.
