目的:对舟山海域贝类等海产品中软骨藻酸含量进行初步调查。方法:采集舟山海域出产的贝类等海产品,使用高效液相色谱法对其中的软骨藻酸含量进行定量分析。结果:舟山海域贝类等海产品中软骨藻酸的总检出率为64%,含量范围为ND-1.68 mg/kg,含量中值0.21 mg/kg,贻贝等海产品中毒素含量相对较高。结论:舟山海域贝类等海产品中软骨藻酸总体含量远低于卫生标准限值,目前暂不存在食用风险。
Objective: To investigate the content of domoic acid in shellfish in Zhoushan sea area. Methods: Seafood such as shellfish produced in Zhoushan sea area was collected, and the content of domoic acid in it was quantitatively analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: The detection rate of domoic alginic acid in shellfish was 64% in Zhoushan sea area, the content was ND-1.68 mg / kg, the median value was 0.21 mg / kg, the content of toxin in seafood such as mussels was relatively high. Conclusion: The total content of domoic alginic acid in shellfish such as shellfish in Zhoushan sea area is much lower than the standard limit of hygiene, so there is no risk of food consumption at present.
