School culture is a school in the long-term educational practice in the process of accumulation and creation, and for its members to understand and follow the values of the system, code of conduct norms and materialized environment and style of an integration and crystallization, the performance of the school’s “Comprehensive personality ”. School culture is like an invisible hand. Once it is formed, it affects the development of this school and affects the growth of new generation from generation to generation.
