目的了解北京市放射工作人员职业健康监护情况,为规范放射工作人员职业健康监护及正确认识射线生物效应提供参考。方法收集2005年4月至2006年3月来我院放射体检的2287名人员体检资料,建立放射体检人员信息库,对库中信息统计分析。结果有效调查放射体检人员2287名,接受职业体检2249人,占98.3%;年龄(35.8±12.3)岁;近10年进入放射工作的人员有1893人,占82.8%;大学以上学历1794人,占78.4%;放射工作多从事医学应用、工业应用及其他类射线相关工作,达到98.5%;不能连续使用放射健康监护手册的人员49.7%;放射工作人员体检结果与一般健康人群体检结果相比,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论本次调查北京市放射工作人员体检结果未发现与接触X射线相关异常疾病。
Objective To understand the occupational health monitoring status of radiation workers in Beijing and to provide reference for standardizing the occupational health monitoring of radiation workers and correctly understanding the biological effects of radiation. Methods The physical examination data of 2287 people who came to our hospital from April 2005 to March 2006 were collected and the information of radiation medical personnel was set up to analyze the information in the database. Results A total of 2287 radiosurgeons were investigated and 2,249 were medical examinations, accounting for 98.3% of the total; aged 35.8 ± 12.3 years; 1893 were admitted to radiological work in the recent 10 years, accounting for 82.8%; 1,794 were university graduates or above, accounting for 78.4%; Radiation work mostly engaged in medical applications, industrial applications and other types of ray-related work, up to 98.5%; 49.7% can not continuous use of radiation health monitoring manuals; radiological staff physical examination results compared with the general health examination results, the difference No significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion The survey found no evidence of contact with X-ray-related abnormalities in the physical examination of radiation workers in Beijing.
