近年来,河源理工学校通过大力实施“行动导向教学模式”的改革,促进学生的独立思考能力、创新能力和专业应用技能得到有效提升,取得了良好的成效,培养出了更多适应社会高速发展需要的专业人才。一、基本架构行动导向教学模式是建立在“工作过程系统化课程”的基础上,以工作过程来确定学习领域、设置学习情境、组织教学过程的一种教学范式:教学内容以职业活动为核心,注重学科间的横向联系,一般通过解决实际工作问题的案例来引导学生进行探究式、发现式的学习;教学组织以学生为中心,教师起咨询和辅导作用,一般以小组学习形式进行,强调学习过程的合作与交流;实施流程一般是参照工作过程来设置资讯、计划、决策、实施、检查、评价等主要环节。
