国家海洋环境预报中心为完成国家海洋局下达的“改进浮标实时接收质量”的课题任务和中科院大气所、北京大学合作,在课题有限资金投入下,基于现实条件,出于对卫星资源综合利用的全向考虑,宏观规划,本着一机多能、一机多用、节俭重效的原则,对各系统进行研制改造综合开发治理,使之成为系统完整功能较为齐全,综合高效适合国情的业务化系统。主要功能有:一、多功能接收机:对国产WT-1A接收系统技术改造。 使在有效接收波段内(1685~1710MHz)对所收卫星(NOAA,GMS)数据有较高的质量。二、GTFRTP发功能实时图象处理系统计有32种数 字定量处理系统多光谱组合图象16/32种,定量增强、附加定量原始和增强灰谐、附加经纬网座标,及对NOAA实时校畸,实现了多光谱图象的定量综合分析应用。
