Endothelin (ET) is a vasoactive peptide found in recent years. There are three kinds of gene expression pattern, ET-1, ET-2 and ET-3. ET- Shrinkage of endogenous substances [1]. In this paper, radioimmunoassay (RIA) determination of plasma levels of ET-1 in patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease in order to explore the ET-1 in the pathogenesis of ICVD clinical
