Every tree in the forest cannot grow tall. The learning ability of each class cannot be on the same level. This requires us to teach students in accordance with their aptitude and teaching in layers. With regard to the principle of layered teaching, everyone understands that it is also necessary to do so. But to really do it, it is not easy to stick with it. It involves a series of problems. As a teacher, I think we should start from ourselves and start from small things, rather than just complaining about how difficult it is to have a layered teaching. Of course, not every teacher can implement hierarchical teaching completely, systematically, and comprehensively, but at least it is necessary to establish this awareness, and to face the whole as much as possible in teaching, and to teach students in accordance with their aptitude, not just to turn their attention to a small number of outstanding students.
