自改革开放以来,我国企业的发展主要体现为伴随着市场体制变迁而逐渐成为市场主体的过程,与企业发展相适应,我国企业社会责任的演变历程大致可分为三个时期,即:有计划商品经济体制下的企业社会责任萌芽期、建立社会主义市场经济体制中的企业社会责任徘徊期、完善社会主义市场经济体制中的企业社会责任健康发展期。在深化经济体制改革的新形势下,应该通过加大政府的引导力度,强化先进企业的示范带动作用,提高社会各界的监督能力等有效途径,进一步提高我国企业全面履行社会责任的水平。

Under the new situation of deepening the reform of the economic structure, we should further improve the overall fulfillment of social responsibility of enterprises in our country through such effective ways as stepping up government guidance, strengthening the exemplary and leading role of advanced enterprises, and improving the supervision ability of all walks of life.
