青年干部的培养并不是一个新鲜话题,但的确也不是一个轻松的话题。客观地讲,无论从理论上,还是从实践上我们都作出了许许多多有益的、成功的探索。然而,面对时代的要求,如何切实加强青年干部的培养,仍是一个需要我们花大的气力去研究、去探索的课题。现在的青年干部相当一部分是刚出校门,走上社会不久就一路顺风蹬上了领导岗位,几乎没有经过什么挫折和困难,好似温室里的盆景,虽有松柏之苍翠,却少了风霜雪雨的考验,终难成为参天大树。相比之下,“逆境”更易磨砺人的意志,增长人的才干,把青年干部放到“逆境”中去
