在缺少带极堆焊设备的条件下,16Mn钢管板采用单丝埋弧焊法堆焊不锈钢复层是可行的。为保证复层质量,埋弧堆焊前须先用手工堆焊—较厚过渡层,堆焊时应采用较小的规范及相应措施。
In the absence of welding equipment with a pole under the conditions of 16Mn steel sheet metal submerged arc welding stainless steel cladding is feasible. In order to ensure the quality of multi-layer, submerged arc welding must be preceded by manual surfacing - thick transition layer, welding should be used when the smaller norms and the corresponding measures.
