1700热轧厂R3轧机的2×3750kW主电机系统投产二年后,主电机输出轴止推环工作状况突然恶化,工作温度骤升,多次超过警戒温度,迫使该轧机停轧,严重影响了生产。几年来一直带病运行,夏天更为严重。 1984午4月,我厂在公司机电部、热轧厂的配合下,采用新型润滑结构的静压止推坏取代了日本原止推环结构。该方案经试制、装机运行,一次试车成功,轴瓦工作温度下降了10℃多。经过近三年的连续生产,未发生过热现象。轴承温度较日本原品有了明显降低,保证了正常生产,为热轧厂每年多创利润40多万元。 1.原止推环结构及发热原因
