为了观察 5 μg和 10 μg两种剂量的重组酵母乙型肝炎 (乙肝 )疫苗加强免疫的效果 ,将出生时全程接种过血源乙肝疫苗的小学 1年级学生随机分成 3组 ,分别加强接种 5 μg和 10 μg重组酵母乙肝疫苗。采用放射免疫试验(RIA)检测血清中HBsAg和抗 -HBs。加强免疫前 3组人群血清抗 -HBs阳性 (≥ 10mIU/ml)率均 >70 % ,说明血源乙肝疫苗具有良好的免疫持久性。用重组酵母乙肝疫苗加强免疫后 1个月 ,5 μg剂量的两组血清抗体阳性率分别上升到 90 %和 98 3 1% ,10 μg组上升到 98 4 8% ,重组酵母乙肝疫苗可用于血源乙肝疫苗基础免疫后的加强接种。
To observe the effects of 5 μg and 10 μg doses of recombinant yeast Hepatitis B (HB) vaccine on boosting immunity, first-grade primary school students who had been vaccinated with blood-borne hepatitis B vaccine at birth were randomly divided into 3 groups: 5 μg And 10 μg recombinant yeast hepatitis B vaccine.
